Q. How do I place an order?
Simply add your squishies to cart, head to checkout, fill in your details, and make payment 💌
Q. Can I change/cancel my order after payment?
Once payment is made, orders cannot be cancelled or changed as we start processing quickly to reserve your items.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Squishies need a little travel time to reach their new home! We’ll mail out your order within 2 working days after payment is confirmed.
Q: Can I hold my cart/orders?
A: Yes! 💌 You can pay for your orders and hold them with us for up to 2 weeks. We’ll ship everything together in one parcel to help you save on shipping fees.
Q: How does free delivery work?
A: Free local delivery is available for orders over $60 (after discounts) in a single transaction. Holding multiple orders to ship together helps reduce shipping costs, but free delivery applies per payment transaction.
Q: Can I combine separate payments to get free delivery?
A: Unfortunately, free delivery only applies if the total amount after discount reaches $60 in one payment. Holding orders helps you save on shipping fees by shipping together, but does not combine separate payments for free delivery eligibility.
Q: Can I opt for self-collection?
A: At the moment, we only offer mailing so every squishy gets safely delivered straight to you. 📦
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayNow, PayLah for now~
Q. What delivery options are available?
We offer Singpost tracked $3 or local courier at $4.50. Enjoy FREE DELIVERY for orders $60 & above (after discount and in one transaction).
Q. Is tracking for my parcel available?
Yes! Tracking is available for all local courier deliveries. You’ll receive your tracking number once your order is ready for delivery.
