Q: How do I place an order?
Simply add your items to cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your details, and make payment :)
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after payment?
Once payment is made, orders cannot be cancelled or changed as we begin processing quickly to reserve your items.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
We’ll mail out your order within asap after payment is confirmed. Squishies need a little travel time to reach their new home!

Free local delivery for orders $80 & above (after discount, in one transaction)
Q: How does free delivery work?
Free delivery applies to orders that reach $80 & above after discounts in a single payment.
Q: Can I combine separate payments to qualify for free delivery?
Unfortunately, no. Free delivery eligibility is based on one single transaction.
Q: Is tracking available for my parcel?
Yes! Tracking is available for all local courier deliveries. Your tracking number will be sent once your order is ready for dispatch.
Q: Can I opt for self-collection?
Yes! Self-collection is available on weekends at:
