As all squishies are handmade and individually crafted, slight imperfections such as small dust particles, uneven paint, air bubbles, or minor surface marks may occur during production. These are common manufacturing characteristics and are not considered defects.

We take great care to ensure all products are shipped in the condition shown. However, if you receive a visibly damaged or missing item during shipping, kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to assist you!
